January

I shall spend this month for discovering who am I and what
I want to do and offer online. I shall write down all my
notes and research the Net to see if what I want to offer
is what people want to buy. The discovery of my *Brand* is
my quest, and for this reason I shall work with
TheDelaverianCode.com for the rest of the month, since this
is the only course that “builds characters” of winners.

February

I shall get a domain name for my name (like.. JoeDoe.com,)
a professional hosting account and an autoresponder
service. I’ll the study all the video tutorials available
at www.turbovideotraining.com/index.shtml for learning how
domain names, cPanel and autoresponders work. I shall also
join www.TurboMembership.com because it offers everything
I need.

March

I shall set up my newsletter on a sub-directory on my
server or use a unique domain for that purpose. I’ll also
create a series of 52 follow up e-mail messages. Each
message will inform the reader about a product – there are
100s of products to use at www.turboaffiliates.com and
through my turbo membership I shall be getting 95%
commissions for each sale I generate throughout the year.
Once I am ready I’ll insert the subscription form to my
newsletter’s page. This can be the “Digital Newsletter” or
the “Ideas & Suggestions Newsletter” – I’ll also tell
people that they will get news from me for the rest of the
year with valuable information about the turbo products
suggested.

April

I shall read all the relevant ebooks I can access for
directing traffic to my newsletter like the “Web Traffic
Explained” Volume I and Volume II, “How to flood your
newsletter with subscribers” and “The eZine Publisher’s
Manual.” I shall also use the Page Generator For Dummies
www.PageGeneratorforDummies.com and all the articles I
get through sites with PLR in order to create my own pages
and submit the URLs of at least 3 articles to articles’
directories online.

May

I shall draft the product I have in my mind and then try
outsourcing the job to a ghost writer, if it’s an ebook or
to a coder if it’s a script. I’ll make sure to spend the
rest of the month to clarify what I need from the
freelancer and once I have written all the details, then
I’ll create a bid in RAC. I’ll also re-read the

June

I shall spend the rest of the month by communicating with
the writer/coder, reviewing the work done until I am 100%
happy. If I need help then I’ll use a forum like the
Warriors or TurboCommunity.com

July

Great news. The product is ready. I shall create 2 bids in
RAC: one for a sales letter of the product and one for the
graphics needed. I’ll spend the rest of the month for
making sure that what I get is what is top notch quality.

August

OK. Product, Sales letter and graphics are ready. I have
my own product to sell. Now it’s time to install JVManager
on my server and spend the rest of the month for studying
how to use this masterpiece online system for selling my
product and also for running an affiliate program with
affiliates paid by Paypal.com

September

JVManager is ready and I know how to use it. Now it’s time
to upload the sales letter and the product on my server,
plus create the pages for my affiliate program (login and
help pages.) I have also created 2 more autoresponders, one
for customers and one for affiliates. I also point all
customers to my newsletter too so I can follow-up with my 52
messages.

October

I shall contact with the friends I created throughout the
year through the forums and see if they can promote my
product to their lists for higher commissions. If they
agree I use that plan and use JVManager for setting up
special commissions for them. If not, then I shall run a
special offer first for Warriors offering the product with
a discount to Warriors.

November

First sales came through the special offer at the Warriors’
site. I contacted with the customers and some of them also
sent a testimonial which I published on the sales letter. I
shall now contact again with customers and other friends
asking them to promote my product to their lists.

December

I saw that many marketers run give away events. I created a
preview version of my product and submitted it to 2 events.
I managed to get some 100s of subscribers that way so now I
have a list! I shall update my subscribers with news about
new products to earn from commissions or for new products I
shall release next year!

I also know my plan for the next year! I shall repeat the
process and now I can create another product in less than 3
months, and duplicate the plan I used here!

It’s going to be a Happy New Year!
