I just cannot understand it…
It has been happening for years now… and I cannot understand it.
It’s pathetic indeed, but nobody has said it with its name…
PATHETIC.
What am I talking about?
I am talking about something you are aware of for sure. Chances are you have done the same mistake too. I do not blame you. I blame all those that show you the Heaven without explaining to you how PATHETIC is to follow that road to that “Heaven” - which turns to Hell instead…
What also frustrates me in times like this one today is that people do not seem to UNDERSTAND easily… I do not know why. I have no clue.
From my point of view it’s like seeing people hypnotized by those Gurus, with a self inclination to that hypnotism because…
…because as always the promise for the “EASY way” SELLS better…
It IS pathetic indeed.
It is pathetic to follow a certain type of marketing just because you have been told it rocks and then after months or years you realize that you have lost not only your money but also your LIFE…
And it is very sad indeed to see you completely deprived from FREEDOM, this magic word with this deprivation coming through a 2-word hard reality:
FUNDS DEPLETED.
Those hypnotized people always say everyday:
“I feel positive - I can make it”
and repeat that day by day, every day until they finally face the hard situation:
FUNDS DEPLETED.
How worse that can be??
It cannot be worse…
FUNDS DEPLETED and you are history… back to the roads, doing anything you can do for a living…
When that happens, then the worse comes in the form of the nightmare that kills you in your dreams… when dreaming those days when you COULD DO something and you DID NOT DO IT… because…
…because you believed to the easy way to Heaven.
Well…
I am telling you:
There is NO easy way to Heaven.
Remember my article about fighting with Sharks in the Ocean of your wishes and dreams while trying to reach your Big Land??
Well..
That is it.
It’s a FIGHT you know and you do not understand it - if you do not.
The Sharks are the debts, the banks and all those that ask from you to pay the bills. They are also those that direct you to direction X when the right direction is Y or Z… And those are many.
I am not an “Evangelist” you know to show you the right way here as that “right way” has been defined by the religion I obey to.
I did not even have to write this message if I was not caring about you. In fact… if it was not so pathetic I would not say a word. Everyone has the right to FAIL… But failing and DISASTER are 2 different things…
I cannot stand being an observer to people’s disasters.
Failures teach. Disasters can kill - dreams, souls, bodies.
What makes the whole situation much MORE pathetic is this:
You may read these lines… but you may think it’s a marketing ploy… and forget everything… Or you may say: “John is right! I’ll take action!” and then again forget everything in some days… just because you will too be HYPNOTIZED by those that tell you how easy is to make a fortune online…
And that is how you will continue that dangerous loop:
Live to Believe & Hope & Believe & Hope that you can live the way you believe and hope you will live one day…
That dangerous loop that eats the days, the time, your money, your funds… and eventually your life.
I am sorry.

All I want from you is to WAKE UP.
Wake up and SEE AT LAST what I have been talking about all these years…
WAKE UP and SEE at last that…
NOBODY CAN SAVE YOU. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF.
And YES you need to WORK HARD for this…
There is no need to cry here for the time lost.
All you need to do is take a decision.
Forget the past. Live the present. Plan the future.
Stop being hypnotized by those that sell you the easy way to Riches. There is NO such way.
YES!
I know. I have seen people showing off their cars, their houses, their boats… as results from THEIR way of THAT PATHETIC marketing.. I know. And believe me: I know it very well… it’s a knowledge flowing in my blood, because I have passed ALL levels from point 0 to where I am here - and where I am here asked from me to forget when to sleep… when to enjoy… when to have fun… for MANY years…
Do not focus on the result only. Think about HOW I reached this level.
You are LUCKY because you can DO BETTER THAN me… BELIEVE ME - I have all the reasons to say that - and hope that one day I can explain it better to you.
But for now… just stop nourishing yourself with stories for kids. The Happy End Never Comes Alone you know… it only happens in the movies that way. WE bring the END we want in this life and we are or SHOULD BE FULLY responsible for what WE DO and also for what we DO NOT do…
And YES!
I know very well that you have NO idea what I am talking about here…. unless you have been with me for years…
If you want to see if you are in the circle of lost and hypnotized souls then just answer this question:
“When will you release your own product?”
Is there an answer?
It’s that easy.
Is there an answer???
Is there an answer??????
If not, then welcome to the club of the hypnotized & lost wannabe-marketers…
But it becomes worse you know…
Because even if you have created your product, then the question is:
“When will you release your SECOND Product?”
If you cannot answer the question then say “Welcome” to Anxiety… because it’s coming and you do not know it… You just afford NOT to meet Anxiety tomorrow by postponing your appointment with her… but for how long can you do that??
And yes… it’s becoming much more worse…
Because the next question is:
“When will you release your NEXT Product?”
Is this a frustrating loop?
Not at all.
The frustrating loop is the one you are located right now IF:
- you still try to make your Adsense sites generate millions
- you still try to make your commission flourish to millions
- you’re still thinking how to make your 1st, or 2nd or 3rd product BETTER and/or PERFECT
- you’re still trying to achieve top SEO rankings WITHOUT HAVING A STEADY INCOME TO count your life on
- you’re still trying to THINK about the best launch that will generate millions…
Sorry if I frustrated you tonight, this was not my intention but I cannot find another straight way to tell you this:
*** PRODUCT CREATION is the way to go. ***
Again: YES I know that SOME people make fortunes from affiliate program, adsense, etc…
But I am not talking about ephemeral successes here… I am talking about a LIFE you can change by applying PRODUCT CREATION in your daily routine…
THOSE that can show off checks of 1000s of dollars from commissions started THE SAME WAY I am telling you here…
They generated some money in the beginning and then…
(here is the critical point)
…they created a PRODUCT telling OTHERS (aka. YOU) how to make money through affiliate programs.
YOU and some 100s of customers bought their course… AND THEY bought their future. And they repeated the process…
Can you see the light now????
THEY used PRODUCT CREATION for reaching their FREEDOM. Nothing else.
As for those that tell you that 1 good launch of 1 product can make you a millionaire… then… feel sorry again…
HUGE successes come ONLY when you have the support of JV partners and unless you have created the “Philosopher’s Stone” for your first product, THEN chances are you WILL NOT find THAT support as a newbie to create the EMPIRE of millions through your first product.
Either believe it or continue being hypnotized.
What other explanation do you need?
Do you really believe that you will become a millionaire by the articles you post and the adsense sites you create? HOW MANY clicks can you get and afford? And what will happen if after the next Google’s slap see your sites over the bottom of the search engines or see your adwords bids raising higher and higher???
WAKE UP.
PRODUCT CREATION is the way to go and if you have not yet planned your first product, do it now and start selling it asap… then proceed again with the second one, and then with the third one…. and repeat the process…
MEANWHILE… YOU CAN apply ALL the other Internet Marketing ways to bring traffic to your sites, to bring better standings to search engines, to get some commissions from Adsense, to get some commissions from affiliate programs…
You cannot just FOCUS on product creation and forget everything else.
And THIS is what the majority cannot understand.
EVERYTHING ELSE other than PRODUCT CREATION works AUXILIARY to PRODUCT CREATION.
Remember that!!!
It’s like… eating salad for lunch only and not touching the main plate… Can you live with salad only???
It’s like… eating chips all day.
Silly examples I know… But how else can I make them believable??
You cannot create a life or a future or reach your FREEDOM with “chips…” when everybody else enjoys dinners for Kings…
Respect yourself and treat yourself as a King.
Forget everything and focus on product creation. And use every other way of marketing to support your plans.
I CANNOT MAKE IT SIMPLER.

Each time I read one of these ramblings, I always think “Geez, this is just the best piece of wisdom I’ve ever read”.
UNTIL I read the next one. Period.
Each and every post of yours are full of sincerity and experience. The way you write and put some words in capitals captivate the eyes on things that are really important, and emphasize the impact of the whole message. Each time when I’m done reading I can’t help myself to ask big questions to my inner self. Life questions. And I keep asking until I have the answers, because they usually don’t come fast. When I have them, well, I write them down because I don’t want to lose them. Sometimes it is “just” an AHA moment, sometimes it’s an epiphany. And I could say that for ALL of your posts. Each one had a different impact on me, each played in some way with my beliefs and litterally forced me to really think about how I approach marketing, and especially my life.
I personally lived this FUNDS DEPLETED thing, and it’s really no fun. Mainly because I have been pathetic, following what every guru was saying or selling, without taking any sort of action or seriously thinking about what I was doing and how to change things for the better. 1 year and a half of frustrations, let-it-go, misunderstandings, just like if I was building my own grave day after day, without knowing it. Right now I am in the middle of a rebirth, and it seems to me that this letter arrives at the right time.
Hey, when you’re following the path you were meant to travel down, the universe has a weird way of helping you along the way.
One thing for sure, I will share this message with my best friends, because I really care about them.

I TOTALLY agree with you! I have been pathetic also, but I have changed things around for MYSELF and MY BUSINESS. I am actually in the process of creating my own product. Your sincerity is very much appreciated in many ways! Thank you for caring about us ‘little people’!

Another thought provoking, straight to te heart post.
Everytime I read a post like this, I feel that you are speaking directly to me. As you know, I am about to release my latest ebook which will be my 6th although only my 2nd in IM. So I can’t say that I am not a Doer but you inspire me to do even more.
And I couldn’t agree with you more about how important your own product is, not only for the money involved but for the recognition that comes from being an author.
John, I thank the day that became one of your followers. Nothing but good has happened to me since. And I know that with your help and guidance, I will continue to grow in the future.
I am very lucky to call you “friend”. I can’t ever begin to tell you how your friendship and just knowing you has made an impact on my life.

I like and respect you cause I have seen you on the net for years.
I know that, you know what you are talking about!
Anyway, I have been working on a project now and
will have it ready in a few days.
So, how do I get it Launched without a list?
Are you willing to look at my new ebooks now?
Two of them are on No-fiction writing and
have never been seen or sold anywhere.
Anyway, it is hard to break into online
marketing without funds for PPC, etc.
I have a few contacts, maybe they
will look at my ebooks!

Thank you, John! We all need a ‘boot to the head’ every once in a while, and this was just such a ‘boot’ for me.
While reading your rant, I was reminded of one of my favorite ‘B’ movies called “They Live” by John Carpenter (if you’ve never heard of this one, feel free to look it up at IMDB - http://www.imdb.com). If you’ve seen this movie, you’ll understand what I mean when I say, “Thank you for the sunglasses!”
