		<description>Hi John,

Yes a very good read. I read it some years ago. It is actually a recommed book by the company I work for. One should add this to the library. (Added to list)

Perfect timing I might add. Especially Begin with the End in Mind.

Have you ever been out of sync or the stars were not lining up right?

		<description>Hi John,

I read it 10 years back and it&#039;s a very good book.

What I like more is &quot; The Leadership in Me&quot; by Stephen R. Covey (not sure if that&#039;s his son). Anyways, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is like a strategy map, while &quot; The Leadership in Me&quot; is the implementation of the strategy...

If I have to use an analogy,... The Leadership in Me is TM, while 7 Habits is the mindmap :)

Wished I &quot;met&quot; you earlier, your thinking/ IM experience is god-send to many, (me included) :)

Cheers
