Do you want to believe?

Welcome back! Remember to download the Big Yellow Book of Turbo Marketing Secrets at !

Do you want to believe?

I used to watch X-Files.

I stopped it when the protagonist said in an interview that "they could make people believe in anything."

Not that I believed in those stories, but that statement woke me up – it was a slap by the production team. It was like saying: "Stupid people… who believe in what we serve you…" Or something like that…

Last night I had a chat with Art, a friend… He told me that when he met the "turbo world" he had been burnt already by various online "opportunities" – from people that want him to "believe" in what they’re promising to. He told me that the difference he found in the turbo world is the truth in what is promised and what is delivered.

To tell you the truth I had not thought about it that way.

I mean, for me it’s natural.

Since I started online, I could not suggest something I had not used and tested.

In fact, I started creating turbo products because I wanted to be SURE 100% that everything works FINE. Suggesting something which you cannot control is a danger. Another reason I have created the 100s of products, was because I wanted to be sure that I use ORIGINAL resources. That’s why today one can find in the turbo world ALL the resources an Internet Marketer needs in order to create and run a business online.

Take a look… www.TurboMetropolis.com

Huge town… and not all "buildings" are there…

But after the chat I had with Art, I realized that I (too) ask from the turbo people to "believe" – in me. It seems that today you need to make much effort in order to persuade people you are not an elephant. This is the very worst thing some marketers do: falsifying the truth on what one should expect and what one could do with what s/he gets from his/her purchase…

The result is that today there are 1000s of people online that are scared by not being able to distinguish WHOM to trust… All sales letters promise the heaven and the Holy Grail – www.TurboMembership.com included… so what to believe and what what not seems to be THE question… today, yesterday and will also be tomorrow.

However…

Have you ever tried to find that belief NOT to others but within yourself?

Think about it…

Anyone can tell you what ever they want… There is NO need at all to make them idols – there is no need at all to read the sales pages anyway, since all of them will repeat that they have THE solution…

Promises and benefits are NOT the sections you need to read anyway because everyone has promises to offer and as for the benefits they MUST be GOOD indeed… otherwise the sales letter has no future.

While the copy writer needs to stress the differences between the features and benefits and focus on benefits, YOU (consumer) are suggested to focus on FEATURES – according to my opinion though.

Just read what the product IS, decide if it’s for you or not and either buy it or pass on.

Simple. (?)

Example:

If you go to buy a car, do you give attention to what the salesman says OR to the features of the car?

  • How old is it?
  • Is it new or second hand?
  • How much gas does it consume?

Those FACTS aka. features cannot be falsified.

Dreamers though may believe in the words of the salesman that tries to sell the "easy life with this car" when actually the car is a wreck. In those cases, if you are not a car expert and cannot "translate" the features of the car, would you depend on the salesman words or should you get a friend that "knows the truth" about cars?

It’s pretty simple, right?

That’s why I had been thinking…

Have you ever tried to find that belief to your forthcoming success NOT as derived from or promised by others but… within yourself?

The timing of that thought was great, because I then watched a video where Tony Robbins explained that same thing to John Reese and Frank Kern.. Now… I need to add a disclaimer here. I know the story of John Reese. I remember the whole story when he generated 1 million dollars in 1 day. However while I recognize the impact Frank Kern has online, I do prefer John’s style (sorry Frank.) As for Tony: I like the way Tony speaks. He is a verbal river… a storm of powerful words and a wind of positive energy. Obviously he does it for a living, but the crucial point here is that he speaks the TRUTH, again that is my opinion and my opinion is based to my personal experiences.

Everything Tony says in this interview is 100% true. Again, I lived what he says, thus since it happened to me, it can happen to anyone.

In brief Tony says not to believe you can succeed by the RESULTS you will generate, but FIRST believe in YOU and visualize your success, then act, leverage and THEN results COME. And the loop continues: results reinforce your belief, you act more (say create more products, etc.) and leverage efforts (say you get a personal assistant) and then results COME again… and so on.

Most people need to reach the edge of their catastrophe in order to first BELIEVE in their "Inevitable Success" (that’s what John Reese believed back in 2004) and THEN act, leverage and bring results NO MATTER WHAT. Tony stress that too: "if something does not work, make it to work."

I know that both this interview and also the 2nd one here are parts of a forthcoming "offer" and follow the "instructions" of the "classical launch" as recorded by Jeff Jonson: give value, as much value you can give during the pre-launch through any media. Wise plan indeed – not a rocket science but it’s good to give the credit to Jeff because he "compiled" the logical procedure that should be followed for creating anticipation through a launch of a product.

Since nobody forces you to buy anything right now, do enjoy what Tony, John (and Frank) give in abundance through that launch. Those 2 videos mentioned above are some of the FEW videos that kept me "alerted" from the first second, catching myself to agree with every word of Tony, and also feeling good because I was "there" when John broke the records in Internet Marketing’s history with his success in 1 day. Also for the records, I know that Frank has generated "better" results repeatedly after 2004, however it was John the one that gave the hope to people and through his actions and his record of "1 million in 1 day" made every marketer on that time to believe that only sky is the limit when one wants to succeed No Matter What.

Check those interviews and tell me what you think.

Enjoy!

John Delavera

    Thank you, really awesome video.

I will once again share this link with my subscribers.

My dream is to, even if it’s one person, have the impact of being driven into action… Start the momentum, ‘just flick the pebble so it can start rolling down the hill, to see how fast it compounds’ John Reese expressed it so well.

    Thank you for sharing

I watched the first video the other day. There are so many videos nowadays
that I usually close the page after first 20 seconds, but in this case I really
wanted to hear the whole story.
    Why?
I knew what the final point was going to be from the beginning but what kept me
watching was the surprise over the scientific background in Tony’s speach.
I don’t know if the psychology is built into the basic education in USA, but I belong
the ‘old school’ from Europe so I was thought those things already in the middle school. ‘Know yourself’ and ‘Believe in yourself’ are really ancient truths. That’s
why I like the approach in this video, you don’t feel treated like a prospect that needs to be brainwashed in order to open the wallet. The message is strong, 100% true and inspiring.

I’m going to watch the second video now. Thank you for the link John.

    Hi John,

Kudos! What you write is indeed very true. Trust is very difficult to find these days. Glad to be on the turbo boat with you as the captain :)

I especially like http://turbolighthouse.com, the beacon of IM/ life.

[...] He then goes on to speak of an interview with Tony Robbins, Frank Kern and John Reese in his blog post. This is hugely powerful stuff John is referring to.  (the link to the Tony Robbins video is in [...]

    Absolutely Incredible!

    And so true…

When we believe something is actually possible…
    and then add action…

Beliefs can make things happen, and more importantly…
When we believe in our dreams… and see them CLEARLY…

    Dreams CAN come True!

Thanks John. Top notch referral on the videos.

    Best,
    Aaron
